Our shop focuses on second hand clothing, hosting a large curated vintage section with a wide range of interesting pieces for men and women. We also have a sizeable media section with books, music, films and video games!
People come to our shop looking for something different; whether its a designer piece or a comedy t-shirt, we appreciate and highlight the gems we find. We are heavily involved in the local creative scene lending our windows to illustrators, shop floor to musicians and textile waste to fashion students, we also regularly host a pop-up shop in the Belfast School of Art.
Before visiting customers should note that our shop is split between modern second-hand pieces and our vintage section, but there is no reason to skip either! Both are very different and equally worth a good rummage.
DONATIONS WELCOME
Oxfam shops are always delighted to accept donations of quality undamaged items that you no longer want. If you are unsure on what you can donate please contact our shop.
VOLUNTEER
Our volunteers make up a vibrant team who are essential to the function of the shop, if someone is looking for a volunteering role in a fast-paced, busy environment then this shop would be a great pick. We have many different roles within our store from learning and operating the EPOS system, steaming, hanging, tagging and stock replenishment. We believe that a lot of these skills are very easily transferable to most High street Retailers. All we ask from new to current volunteers if they can volunteer at least 4hrs a week.
All the Staff & Volunteers are very inviting and always willing to give a helping hand.
The atmosphere in Fountain Street is very welcoming to new & returning customers. We have built up a great customer base over the past 5 years with a wide range of year groups. Our biggest pull to our store is the incredible vintage that we restock weekly and the great range of high street clothing we stock.
