Job purpose
Be responsible for leading and supporting a high performing team of Door to Door Fundraisers, who inspire members of the public to support the work that we do through monthly donations, by effectively supporting performance management through on site coaching, motivation and support.

Job purpose
To drive income generation and fundraising performance through providing excellent operational and administrative support to the Regular Giving Team, with particular focus on the Direct Dialogue Team. Leading on the implementation and development of the welcome process for new donors.
Key activities
Assist the regular giving team including the First Engagement Campaigners and Telemarketing Team, with a particular focus on the Direct Dialogue fundraising team, to deliver upon their targeted performance by delivering effective and efficient operational and administrative support.
Recruitment including the shortlisting, selection and recruitment and reference checks of new candidates for the Regular Giving Team with the highest levels of verbal communication by phone, and with the highest level of written communication by email. Maintenance of HR document and relevant checks.
Implementation and development of welcome process, including daily welcome calls delivered to agreed standard and maintenance of daily, weekly and monthly reporting on this activity.
Deliver the highest standard of care and excellent communication to our valued donors and all members of the public, ensuring all queries are followed-up in a timely manner to all queries and escalated as appropriate.
General administrative duties e.g. data input, word processing, creations of spreadsheets, maintaining manual and electronic records, photocopying and operation of office machines.
Administration involved in the preparation of bi-weekly wages
Support in the maintenance of all team equipment and supplies, tracking and reporting of all equipment.
Support in the training and development of Fundraising Teams
