Festival Volunteers

If you’re passionate about ending poverty, and want to attend some of the best festivals in Ireland this summer - then we want you!

Oxfam is going to be at some of the biggest festivals across Ireland this summer, highlighting our work with refugees and people caught up in humanitarian crises while inspiring festival-goers to join our movement for change.

Right now, we are recruiting volunteers to be part of our campaigning team at these festivals.

We really rely on the support of volunteers like you to make the festival season a success. With your help we can engage the public to take action on behalf of the men, women and children who’ve been forced to flee and make a positive difference for people on the move.

Festival volunteers need to be friendly, a good communicator, reliable and committed to helping to build a world without the injustice of poverty. As a volunteer campaigner, you’ll engage with festival-goers on our Right to Refuge Campaign, asking them to stand with people who have been forced to flee their homes because of conflict and disaster.

Volunteering with Oxfam is fun and rewarding, you’ll be part of a fantastic team and know you are doing your bit to change the world. Plus, you will get to attend some of the biggest festivals of the year for free – you’ll have time off at each event to enjoy the music and atmosphere.

All festival volunteers must be 18 or over on the day of the event. No previous experience is needed and all festival volunteers will be required to attend training in Oxfam’s office in Dublin.
