Terms & Conditions

• A full time contract with Oxfam Ireland is 36 hours per week
• All salaries are offered on an incremental scale
• We will give you 25 days annual leave plus all 11 bank/public holidays in Northern Ireland and all 10 Bank/public holidays in the Republic of Ireland per annum
• We offer a Flexi-time scheme within Oxfam Ireland, offered where applicable to the operation of the business
• We have a Contributory Pension Scheme which all staff are eligible to join - 9% contribution by Oxfam Ireland and 5% contribution by employee
• We also have a Life Assurance cover scheme which is a death in service benefit for all staff - 4 time annual salary
