Competency based Interview

What is it?

All potential employees take part in a competency based interview - this will always be a face to face interview. This assesses a combination of experience, skills, aptitudes and disposition.

What will be asked?

A series of structured questions that directly relate to the role will be asked. Questions will look for examples of how you have behaved in different situations. This information will be gathered and weighted against each criteria relevant to the role.

This type of interview will ensure objectivity, structure and consistency and ensure fair and equal treatment of all candidates.
