When you donate, you’re entrusting us with the responsibility to make your money work for people affected by poverty.
It’s one we take seriously. Your support is vital to every aspect of our work. That’s why we’re committed to openness and transparency.
We know it’s important to you that your generous donation is spent wisely with maximum impact on the lives of people affected by poverty and injustice. It’s important to us too.
In emergency appeals, 100% of your donation goes to that specific response fund. For every other €/£ received by Oxfam Ireland, 81% of the money goes directly to our programme, 12% is spent generating future funds and 7% is spent on administration and governance.
We ensure that all our activities are measurable, accountable and realistic. Below you can find full information regarding where your donation goes, CEO salary, overhead costs, how our board is appointed and answers to other important questions too.
