More about Oxjam
What's it all for?
Oxjam is about raising money for Oxfam to tackle poverty all over the world. Supporting Oxfam helps people to earn a living; to get an education; to have access to healthcare and fresh water; and to grow more food.

How do I get involved in Oxjam?
Easy! Do anything related to music that raises money - just do it in October and give the money to Oxfam Ireland. From live-gigs to busk-a-thons and Oxjam house parties - you'll be part of Ireland and the UK's biggest ever music festival. Get some ideas now.
What support will I receive?
Whatever you'd like to do - there's lots of friendly help and advice available about how to make sure your event raises lots of money and goes with a swing.
We have fundraising and campaigning staff available in our Belfast and Dublin offices to answer all your questions and give you whatever support or advice you may need. When you register your interest we will send regular emails and an Oxjam pack complete with a fundraising toolkit, t-shirt, badges, a banner, posters and flyers.
You can link your event to our special myspace pages. Visit www.myspace.com/oxjamireland and let others know about your event, swap advertising or fundraising tips, download posters and flyers and watch out for regular updates from the Oxjam Ireland team.
If you would like to contact the Oxjam team - emma.kilkenny [at] oxfamireland.org - with details of your event we'll help promote it on our site.
