Belfast: A Customer's Compliment

Congratulations on your renewed furniture shop in Dublin Road, a great help to landlords like me. My reason for writing is to compliment you on your employee Stuart Laffin. He was extremely professional in his dealings with me, and even had the time and interest to include a personal note with his receipt, encouraging me to do more business with Oxfam in the future, which I certainly will.
