Oxfam Ireland launch their 'Oxfam Vintage' brand

The Oxfam Ireland shops in Castle St, Belfast and Lisburn are launching dedicated retro clothing departments for this spring with the 'Oxfam Vintage' brand. On Friday 7th April at 11.30, BBC's presenter of "Dinner next door" Emma Rosa Dias will officially launch the Castle Street department, wearing some of what's on offer!. This will be the latest edition to Oxfam Ireland's retail portfolio, and will sit alongside the existing women's, men's, children's, and books departments.

The 'Oxfam Vintage' collection includes pieces from the 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's, as well as modern clothing which compliment the range. All of the clothing on sale has been donated to Oxfam, and the money will go to support Oxfam Ireland projects in eleven countries situated in eastern, central and southern Africa.

The range includes accessories such as shoes, bags, belts and jewellery. The retro look has featured on all the catwalks for this spring and summer. Now you have the chance to look good and to do some good at the same time.

Julie Green, the Manager at Oxfam's Castle Street Shop said: 'We are very excited about the vintage brand. We are expecting it to be very popular with our existing customers, and that it will attract people who have never visited the shop before. We have a broad range of clothing on offer to suit everyone. This is a win/win situation, the customer gets fashionable clothing at a bargain price while helping to change the life of someone in need for the better.'
