- A full time contract with Oxfam Ireland is 36 hours per week
- We will give you 25 days annual leave plus all 11 bank/public holidays in Northern Ireland and all 10 Bank/public holidays in the Republic of Ireland per annum (pro rata for part time contracts)
- We offer a Flexi-time scheme within Oxfam Ireland, offered where applicable to the operation of the business
- We have a Contributory Pension Scheme which all staff are eligible to join  after a qualifying period – 9% contribution by Oxfam Ireland and 5% contribution by employee
- We also have a Life Assurance cover scheme which is a death in service benefit for all staff – four times annual salary
